send this quiz to a friendsee all quizzes

1. I think about food:
rarely. In fact, I often have to remind myself to eat
a few times throughout the day – usually only when I'm hungry
constantly – even if it’s not mealtime, I’ve got food on my mind

2. When I go food shopping
I plan all my meals to the last ingredient, and then buy exactly what I need
I grab whatever looks good – the meals will come together later
I usually bring along a list of basic needs and then improvise

3. After indulging in a decadent dessert, I usually feel:
a little guilty, but remind myself that I deserve a treat every once in a while
guilty and depressed – I can feel the extra fat on my thighs already
full and content – nothing hits the spot better than chocolate

4. The day after eating too many crisps, I usually
work out if I feel like it
stick to my normal workout routine, maybe increasing the incline on the treadmill a bit
add an hour on to my cardio workout and restrict my food intake

5. Knowing the nutritional content (i.e. fat grams, calories, etc.) of the food I eat during each meal is:
essential – I count every calorie and every fat gram to make sure I stay on track
not important to me at all – who wants to worry about numbers while eating?
quite important to me – I try to have a general understanding of what I'm eating

6. The recent talk about low-carbohydrate diets has made me:
adjust my eating habits or at least pay more attention to them
totally change my lifestyle – carbs are the enemy
laugh out loud – why people are so mad about food is beyond my understanding

7. Cookery shows are:
the perfect remedy for insomnia – they put me straight to sleep
interesting if the cook is making something I can
a secret obsession – I become so fascinated with watching the preparation, I actually forget to eat

8. When my friend orders fish and chips for lunch, I usually:
get a salad and drool over every bite she takes
  order them too – why shouldn't I?
go for something a little less fattening, but nick some of her chips

9. When I come face-to-face with a lavish spread at a party, I:
stick to small portions so I can sample everything without overdoing it
feel totally overwhelmed and conflicted. I want to eat but don’t let myself indulge
dig right in, if I'm hungry. If not, I head to the bar

10. When I'm upset about something, I am most likely to:
  lose my appetite
share some chocolate with a good friend
gorge on all my forbidden foods when no one can see me
