1. What contraceptive measures are you taking at present?
The same contraception I've been using for years
Contraception that I've fully consulted my doctor/family-planning adviser about
  None
  A mixed bag of measures

2. How well do you remember to use/take your chosen form of contraception?
I never remember to use anything! I guess I really need to consider my options
Hardly ever! I'm always very busy and lead a hectic life, so often forget!
I don’t need to remember because I use an implant, IUD or injection
I always remember. I consciously make sure I use the right method of contraception to suit my lifestyle

3. You've had a good natter with your pals about contraception. Now you need to get some sorted for yourself. Do you:
Feel inspired by the chat to go to my doctor/family planning advisor to find what's best for me
Keep delaying and probably won't do anything about it
Take their advice and ask for the same thing my best friend is using
With their stories in mind check out a contraceptive health website or look through my favourite magazines for more info

4. How well do you understand how your chosen form of contraception works?
I don't really understand the differences between the various types of methods, as I don't give it much attention
I fully understand the differences between all the methods and their mechanisms - that's what I use to base my choices on
I am not bothered about the details of my chosen contraceptive method
They all do the same thing as far as I'm concerned!

5. Your work offers you a six-month sabbatical abroad. They give you time to check out all the implications for your life. What would you prioritise?
I am generally never able to plan ahead for things so will take each day as it comes!
Sorting out my social life abroad would be my priority. Sorting out Medical/Contraception plans for abroad would be low on my list!
Sorting out my pay/benefits while abroad would be my priority
Ensure I got all my important personal needs sorted out including medical/contraception requirements
