1. You’re leading a meeting about your latest project tomorrow. How do you feel?
A bit nervous, to be honest, but you've got some notes and a glass of water to help you through
You feel a bit sick. Public speaking is about as fun as your worst nightmare
You know the project well and, though meetings aren't your favourite thing, you know you’ll be fine

2. You're working so late these days that you have an extra jumper at work for when the central heating goes off. How can you stop this occurring?
You decide to talk to your manager, telling him/her that it's important. You arrange a meeting time, there and then
You send your manager an email (which you have re-written at least ten times) and nervously hit 'send'
You keep meaning to say something but, before you know it, it's been three months and you're still at work at 10pm

3. In a departmental meeting, your manager praises a colleague for a recent project. But it was your project! What do you do?
You hate blowing your own trumpet, so you don't say anything to anyone. It's just a project after all
You politely interrupt and mention that you led that particular project. No-one's going to take credit for your work
You're not brave enough to say something right then, but you do talk to your manager afterwards and clarify it

4. A colleague has a tendency to make inappropriate jokes about other colleagues and it makes you very uncomfortable. How do you deal with it?
You really want to say something, but instead you mention it to a friend at work and see if they'll approach them
You're useless in these situations, as you hate confrontation. You just avoid the colleague
You ask them if they realise how offensive they're being and hope that they'll stop

5. Work is going really well... but you're always in demand! Everyone wants you to lead projects, or write the brief. When is it time to say 'no'?
You've learned over the years that saying 'no' is sometimes the best policy and you know just how to say it, nicely
You take on too much but, when you end up constantly working late, you discover the word 'no'!
You just can't bring yourself to refuse. What if your colleagues think you can't manage, or that you're not good enough?
